David's early career was as a professional cricketer, playing first-class cricket for Sussex County Cricket Club in the 1980s — an experience that shaped a lifelong focus on performance, discipline and competitive edge.

He moved into sales and commercial leadership, building a reputation for turning around underperforming sales teams and installing the systems that make revenue predictable rather than reliant on individual effort. That experience now underpins Accordant Partners, which he founded to help commercial businesses with £3M–£30M turnover build sales systems and profit-improvement plans that drive growth and exit readiness.

Alongside Accordant Partners, David is Co-Founder of Bio ID Health, and an investor in Still Standing Health and I Love Skin.
